Asia Ray was one of the most popular and talented dancers on Dance Moms. Known for her dynamic personality, incredible flexibility, and hard work ethic, Asia quickly gained a huge following among fans of the show. She was only eight years old when she first appeared on Dance Moms, but even at such a young age, it was clear that she had an amazing future ahead of her.

Dancing with the Stars Juniors
After leaving Dance Moms, Asia landed a spot as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars Juniors in 2018. The show featured pairs made up of celebrity children paired with professional junior ballroom dancers. Asia danced alongside Akash Vukoti under the guidance of mentor Alan Bersten.
Although they didn’t make it all the way to the end of competition (they were eliminated after six weeks), it was clear that both Asia and Akash had tremendous talent as performers. They won over audiences with their enthusiastic dances and playful personalities.
Acting Jobs
Over time, Asia has also begun branching out into acting. In 2014 she played Acolyte in Marvel’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., two episodes called “Ragtag” & “Beginning Of The End”. Then from 2017 to present day starred as Mackenzie ‘Zayday’ Hawthrone within Fox’s popular horror comedy series “Scream Queens”.
These roles have given her opportunities to showcase her natural charisma and stage presence while exploring new creative avenues outside of dance.
YouTube Channel
Like many modern celebrities who came of age during social media boom times like hers’, Asian launched own YouTube channel where regularly posts interacting videos range from Q&A sessions answering viewers questions about everything from life behind-the-scenes details like friendship struggle around Hollywood movies feuds), content related music videos, challenges with friends and more.
Through her YouTube channel Asia is able to maintain a connection with her fans around the world, letting them get insight about both professional work while also sharing bits of her personal life outside of the Hollywood bubble.
Music Career
Early on in 2021 she signed a contract with The Star Factory to launch into a full fledge singing career. She released debut single “Crush” in May which was well received by all quarters and rapidly became fan favorite. She went on to collaborate Rapper DazMann Still for second single “Come See About Me” which turned out equally hit as first. Fans are now eagerly awaiting more collaborative works from the young artiste.
